As an autistic adult and a mental health professional specializing in neurodivergent care, sensory regulation isn’t just a clinical concept—it’s a vital part of my daily life. Over the years, I’ve tested dozens of tools to help manage overwhelm, improve focus, and create a sense of calm in both personal and professional settings. Some worked beautifully. Others… not so much.
